2025 PROGRAMS: YOUTH, LEARN-TO-ROW, ADULT, AND INCLUSION
FREE! Come Try Rowing!
That's right, on June 8 the Salmon Arm Rowing Club is participating in Rowing Canada's National Come Try Rowing event. We will have certified coaches on site. Come prepared to experience what rowing is all about! The event runs from 9am to noon, bring a snack and wear comfortable clothes. We "wet launch" our boats, so you may want water shoes.

There are three time slots, sign up for the earliest one possible for the best chance at flat water! In any case, we will be using large, stable boats.

YOUTH/STUDENT ROWING
We meet Tuesday and Thursday after school from 4 to 5:45pm at the Canoe Beach Park. A third row at 10am on Sunday is optional. Our first big race is Lap the Lake in Vernon in June.
Cost:
Youth Spring Only: $80.00
Youth Full Season: $150.00
Adult Rowing
Rowing is about more than just competition – it's also about building relationships and connecting with others who share your interests. Our club is a welcoming and inclusive community where you can meet new people, make friends, and have fun. Stay tuned for organized Adult Rows, Regattas, and Recreational Events.
Cost: $250.00 per season

Learn-To-Row for Adults
EARLY BIRD learn-to-row program for adults starts May 2 with an evening orientation from 5:30 to 7pm. Followed by on-water learning May 3 and 4 from 9am until 12 each day at Canoe Beach.
Cost: $100.00
Fees may be applied to membership fee following clinic.

Drop ins
Only in town for a few days? We offer a special Drop-In option to join us on the lake.
Cost: $80.00 (includes 4 sessions)
Safety orientation with coach must take place before heading on the water.
